London based fashion start-up Justified Christian is a company with strong Christian values that underpin everything they do.
When I first spoke to Jasmine, I was really taken by her ambition to introduce a faith led fashion brand into the industry.
Why shouldn’t faith be celebrated by way of style as well as word?
Unlike most start-ups I work with (collaboration prior to launch), Jasmine’s company was already trading after launching online with a logo created by a member of her in-house team. This did help to a point but she wasn’t connecting with the audience she was targeting so reached out to me.
We spoke in depth about her objectives for the business, how important it was for her faith to be present in the DNA of her brand and how we might achieve this.
After spending some time researching the industry, I came up with a direction I felt was perfect for her brand. The design was clean, versatile, relevant and most importantly, ‘instagrammable’ which is where she wanted to focus her marketing spend. I presented the concept to Jasmine and she was totally onboard.
